Our team works in sync with cruise ship representatives, coordinating a dual-brand operation to provide a seamless journey between land and ship. Our people provide a professional and caring service that can handle any unforeseen situation, with excellent local knowledge and contacts, complemented by the support and resources of a worldwide company. We have the capacity to accommodate any size of operation, from a single ship with specific needs, to multiple retailers requiring a turnaround in a single day.
Meet & Greet
We are in direct contact with guests upon arrival, providing assistance and delivering a warm "meet and greet" service on behalf of the cruise line.
Transfers
All logistical aspects related to transfers are handled by our Turnaround teams. We pick up guests from ports, hotels, and airports, and vice versa, while waiting to check in.
Baggage Management
We ensure the security and transportation of luggage, helping guests and working with cruise line representatives to facilitate easy and efficient operation
Check-In
Our teams integrate with cruise line representatives, working together to run smoothly, providing professional and courteous service.
Information and reservations
We perform a full service, going beyond the normal responsibilities of Turnaround to provide more information or shore excursions and even make restaurant reservations.
